Open Project and don't ask for last Project

We develop a Premiere Extension and test it with Selenium. For this automated test it is important that Premiere can be opened with a Project. If a test has failed and Premiere is not finished "cleanly", then we have a problem with the next start. Premiere asks if we want to open the last project again and the Test is broken. How can this question be bypassed? Is there a cache file that I can delete so that Premiere will forget that the last project was not closed properly? I found many cache files and deleted them, but Premiere doesn't forget. Or is there a force parameter to open a project file?

An invisible extension could open an empty template .prproj, of your choosing, at launch.
