Hi everybody !

I am a beginner. Ihope someone can help me.

I am trying to insert pictures in my video. Seems simple. I managed it. BUT the problem is I click on the file, It is displayed in the project frame, then I double click and it appears on the "source" frame. Everything is normal, but when I play the video, what is displayed is only a small part of the picture, zommed in but filling in all the frame, for example only the face of a person, whereas it is a group picture.

Can someone help me please ?

Thanks in advance !!

Stills are normally much larger then video and most of the time not 16:9; so they will look zoomed in.

Scale then down in the Effect Controls once on the timeline.

You can also right click on image in timeline and Set to frame size but usually it will not fill the whole frame. Still have to scale manually.

Do get yourself a course in Premiere Pro as this is very basic stuff.

Adobe Premiere Pro Learn & Support

2. Then do.
