Playerhead No Longer Moving v25.1

Ive run into the dreaded Playerhead issue where want to play through the timeline doesnt show the playheard moving and pausing it will cause it to jump to the time it stops on.  So far Ive found a temporary solution to fix this for me to where undocking the timeline will let the playhead moving again or keep the lumetri scope panel open.  In the end, both of those temporary fixes should be required as something like this should be fixed at this point. Has any found a perminate fix this this?  Ive uninstalled, deleted media cache, revert to saved layout to no avail besides the two "solution" Ive found works for me.  Adobe is truly amazing on being unable to just have a solid version at this point.  Whats funny is that it was working just fine yesterday and then all the sudden just doesnt work.
