Playhead not moving with recent update on charging

the playhead is stuck while editing on laptop connected to charging but run smoother while on battery tried every possible edits didn't work anything at all.

Playhead is stuck on charging but Premiere Pro runs smoother on battery and normal.
tried reset power option doesn't work

but whenever i change graphics driver of NVIDIA to and fro from Studio to gaming it works fine until turn off the pc.
Premiere Pro version 25.1
OS windows 23H2
CPU 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700H
GPU NVIDIA RTX 3060
RAM 16.0 GB 4800mghz
Storage SSD NVME
Editing only stock footages on 1980 by 960 30fps

Hi,

May the team have details on the stock footage media? It seems like an odd frame size. Is it H.264 or HEVC? Where did you get the footage from? Have you tried transcoding the media to an editing codec, like ProRes? Do Sequence Settings match the clip settings? Let us know.
