PLEASE HELP Reduce Quicktime Files... PLEASE HELP

PLEASE HELP I used to be able to export a 30 minute show with embeded closed captioning to a 2.5gig quicktime using Premiere 2017. Adobe forced me to update my program to 2022 and now i cant figure out the settings to limit my quicktime file size. PLEASE HELP
