Pop up windows slowly fade away after pressing ok

I am on PP 23.2.0 and Ventura 13.2.1. I am aware of the recent issues plaugeing PP 13.1, with that, I am using a brand new Macbook Pro M2 pro, 32 gb of ram. when ever i get a  pup up to access time mapping, changing the gain and so forth, when I hit ok it doesn't simply just disappear. I can see it slowly fade into the backgroud.  I watcht the activity monitor and it doesnt seemed taxed on the computer at all.

If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
