PP not transcribing files form eleven labs

Hello, I am trying to transcribe a audio file from elevan labs in premiere pro so I dont have to go and create my own captions but it isnt working, Ive tried a mp3 file and even a wav file but have yet to work. It says there isnt any dialogue found. Can anyone help me please.

Sorry for the issue. I tried one of the sample files you attached, and it's working as expected. Could you walk me down your workflow? Please ensure that you are in the Transcript tab of the Text panel (Window > Text). Transcript needs to be generated before captions are created (https://adobe.ly/4dD9Fps).
