Hello,
So i'm willing to update to PR cc 2017 version but not sure cc 2017 will open my old cc 2015 projects? I've so many unfinished projects of cc 2015 lol.
PR version : 2015.3

A newer version of Premiere CC will certainly open an older Premiere CC version project file (but it does;t work the other way).
So, yes, CC2017 will open a CC2015 project... when you open an older project file in a newer version of the application, Premiere will tell you that the project file needs to be updated, and prompt you for a new file name which it will use to save the updated project. Once updated, you will NOT be able to open the newer project file in the older version of Premiere.
If and when you do update your copy of Premiere, you might want to make sure that you select the option to *keep* the older version of Premiere on your system. That way, if you do encounter any issue with the new version, you will still be able to open the older version of the project in the older version of Premiere, and keep on working.

Better yet, make a copy of the project file (in addition to your backup copy) and open the copy.
