Première Pro CC 2017 ne s'ouvre pas

Bonjour,

j'ai un serieux problème au démarrage de premiere pro 2017 que je viens d'acquérir.

Sur mon Imac avec mac os el capitan 10.11.6, impossible de l'ouvrir, il saute au bout de 1' environ lors du chargement.

Puis plus rien aucun message d'alerte.

C'est assez énervant, cela fait 2 jours que j'ai acheté l'abonnement et ça ne marche pas du tout.

J'ai essayé de désinstaller et réinstaller  les programmes, redémarrer X fois, fait une mise à jour de l'OS.

Déconnecter et reconnecter mon compte.

Bref ça chauffe, si quelqu'un sait quelque chose...

Try holding OPTION+SHIFT and then launch Premiere. This will reset your preferences and reload all the plugins. You should see the Premiere splash screen for 1 to 3 minutes while everything loads.

Thanks Jeff,

but it does not work.

The program do the exactly the same it load plug-in and at one moment stop and that's alll, no message, nothing.

I successfully open media encoder, changing autorisation of a lot of folders. but for Premiere nothing.

Any other ideas?

Wipe everything from Adobe and use Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Make sure you reboot between every install or uninstall.

thank you.

Unfortunately it is not working.

More, I wiped, all applications, ie Premiere, media encoder and creative cloud.

Now Media encoder do not open again.

BUT, I have set the autorisations of the adobe folder created in the document folder to read&write for all the users(system, staff, everyone) and apply to all the element.

And IT WORKS.
