I don't know what exactly;y to do, I downgraded and then upgraded but there is no improvement. Please suggest me a solution.

What effects?
What is the rest of your computer setup ... CPU/RAM, drives in use and their connection to the computer?

That is a very slow 4 core CPU, so the heart of that rig is minimal for Premiere. Not sure what else to say.

Hi Salman Sayyed,
Thanks for the system specifications. We would need more info to troubleshoot the issue properly. Please let us know the media properties (format/codec, frame rate and frame size) and the type of effects you have applied on these clips. Also, is it crashing while doing something specific in Premiere Pro or is it random?
Thanks,
Sumeet
