Good day!
I am using Adobe Creative Cloud on my new Samsung Galaxy Book5 360. Before buying it, I checked the specs and I run the Adobe Diagnostics and it says the laptop can support the Adobe suite. Nevertheless, Premiere Pro (25.2.3) crashes every time I run it. I can start the software, I can create a new project, but as soon as I import a video (no matter of big) the screen turns black and then I get the error message and the application closes.
The computer also crashes on Camera Raw (on Photoshop 26.6)
Did anybody experience a similar problem?
Thanks and regards
Hi Fabio,
It looks like you are using one of the new Ultra CPUs, which are very new on the scene and support might be an issue at this time. Please tell us more about the footage. A good test is to transcode any footage to ProRes LT and see if that works better. Let us know if it does. Sorry for the problem.
Thanks,
Kevin

My first guess is that you might need to update the graphics driver.

Thanks, I should have mentioned that I already did that...

Hi and thanks for your answer. As I also get errors on Camera Raw, I would believe it is not related to the footage... Would you have one standard video that I could test Premiere with?

Hi Fabio,
I don't have anything handy, but you can download a free clip from Adobe Stock. Just sort by "free." I hope the advice helps.
Thanks,
Kevin
