Premier Pro Essential Graphics Tittles Cut Off After Rendering

My titles seem to be fine when editing and rendering in 16:9 timeline then when I create social cut downs in 9:16 and 1:1 my graphics work fine until I reder the timeline. Once I render the timline both the front and back of the graphic get clipped. If I adjust the graphic so that it has to be rendered again it shows the full graphic until I render again. Also this does not effect the export, it just makes it really annoying to view in the timeline. See photos for example, any help much apprecaited, thanks!

How are you creating the text: Text tool?

What is the render status before render: green, yellow, or red?

How are you creating the 9:16 from the 16:9?

Are you applying any effects, such as Transform?

I am creating text via the text tool and adjsuting in essential graphics.

Rener status is yellow before rendering and green when the clipping issue is happening.

I am changing the sequence settings to conform to 9:16 and 1:1 and set resolution, then reframing and adjusting.

No effects or transitions applied to the text clip, just using essential graphics for formating and adjustment.

- Thanks!

Yeah I have tried to reset all those to defult and I tried messing with anchor points, but it still clips when I render. If I move these text clips to a 16:9 timeline there is no issue. I also tried creating new text clips in the 1:1 and 9:16 timelines and the clipping still happens. I attached some screenshots of my settings and system.
