Premier Pro not responding - tried everything

i am using premier pro and after effects in my new pc since 4 months and it was working perfectly fine.

now since 15 to 20 days when i open premierpro nd after effects it crash and then not responding 

i tried everything but not work 

installing updating removing reinstalling graphic drivers but it still not working

 my friend is also facing this issue since 15 to 20 days

i think its a bug or something

do you guys facing the same problem ??

please tell me wht can i do now i m a video editor its urgenttttt !!

system information:

card: 750ti 2gb

1 tb hard disk

8gb ram

With only 8 GB RAM, I doubt that you could run P Pro and AE at the same time.

Hi there!

Sorry about the trouble. 8 GB RAM is minimum for Premiere Pro, whereas, After Effects required 16 GB RAM. 

Do you get any error codes or messages when it crashes?
