Premiere 14.0.1 Export dialog issue

Working on Insta360 One X footage. Updated Premiere Pro today to 14.0.1 and ever since I have to reboot Premiere Pro to launch the export dialog. Without reboot the export diealo simply does not come up...

Is it just me or anybody else experiencing this?
