Premiere 2019 and Media Encoder export to Quicktime XDCam 422 1080 50i

Hello team i have issue with Premiere and Encoder 2019 and exporting media from .mov to Quicktime XDCam 422 1080 50i codecs are installed in system but cannot do export in version 2017 everything was working fine. Is this is issue with 2018/2019 version/compatibility issues etc ? what's the workarround ?

Here is the reason behind why: Dropped support for QuickTime 7 era formats and codecs

Today you can use MXF OP1a but it will get you .mxf files instead of .mov.
