Premiere Bug After Update When Droping the Video To The Timeline

After the newest update, I am unable to add footage of Sony A7IV to the sequence. Why so many bugs Adobe? Lightroom is unstable too and nothing has been fixed in the newest update regarding the lag after applying filters etc. Version 25.
