Premiere crashes every time I zoom into the timeline

Title says it all. Here's a video showing exactly what happens. Trying to zoom into the timeline will close Premiere without the ability to save my project.

Changing workspaces seems to also cause the crash. I have RESET my workspaces, but somehow even when uninstalling and reinstalling premiere, clearing all preferences, resetting workspaces, it still does the same thing.

Please help me.

Win 10 Latest Version

Ryzen 9 5950x

RTX 3090

Okay everyone so here's what happened:

I went on the remote access with a tech, and here's what we did.

Installed new windows. Uninstalled Premiere. Removed APPDATA, Common, Plugins, moved them to my desktop. Reinstalled Premiere. Updated the new BRAW PLUGIN from BlackMagicDesign.

That seemed to fix it. We cleared all the temporary files manually as well.

Seems to be alright. I will update on this thread if anything else is wonky. Thank you to the support team and to Amit for troubleshooting

I support you in this matter. I constantly encounter Premiere crashes when I try to reset the Lumetri working panel by default. Premiere crashes. Where is this stability and when will we see it? Premiere has already strangled in small things with its stupidity and instability

Hi there!

Can you let us know the details of media files (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)? Could you check if there's an update available for your GPU driver?

Thanks,

Kartika
