Premiere crashes when displaying any media - ImageRenderer.dll

New Here ,
Nov 16, 2017 Nov 16, 2017

Premiere crashes every time after displaying any image in the media browser or the viewer. I tried After Effects and it crashes too, right when trying to play a composition.

I tried importing different file types from different locations, renaming adobe folders, reinstalling Premiere, turning off CUDA, turning on compatibility mode, installing previous versions of Premiere and updating GPU driver.

I built the workstation about a month ago and never opened Premiere in this computer before. But I have been using Blender and Nuke with no problem. Maybe I have the wrong GPU driver settings? BIOS? Incompatible hardware? Quicktime? I'm switching from apple so maybe it's something I don't know about windows?? I'm really getting desperate here.
