Premiere Export Issue

I have been editing video in Adobe for a few years and exporting as H.264 format with no issues. Today I am trying ot export a video, and it won't play when I try to watch the mp4 export file. It says error on my Mac. If I export it as a quick time video it plays fine and it lets me upload it to other locations (learning management system). But the quicktime file is huge, like 5gb compated to the 150mg mp4 file. 

 

What am I doing wrong. 

using adobe premiere version 24.5.0

Macbook pro 2021 - OS Ventura

    Hey Ian,

    Sorry for the poor experience. If you import the unplayable video back to Premiere Pro, does it preview as expected? If it previews correctly, please try another media player (like VLC) and check if that helps.
