Premiere Pro 14.0.1 crashes while importing.

Hi, everybody! I´have a problem with Premiere 14.0.1. When I triy to import a file, the program open the import window but I can´t import the file. Then, Premiere crash. I´ve update Premiere with the last version, but doesn´t works.

 

All drivers are updated.

 

I´m working in a great laptop with W10, Intel Core i7, 32 Gb RAM and a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070.

Thanks so much for your quick reply, Kartika.

 

It was an audio file, but I can import it finally after a lot of attemps. Premiere crash sometimes when I was working for different reasons, but I´ve got no idea whats cause the crashes.

 

I´ve enter in Premiere log folder, but it was empty. Next time that Premiere crashes I´ll publish the reason.
