Premiere Pro 2021 Project Manager my files are corrupted

My projects that I have stored with the project manager tool are corrupted. Adobe officials connected to the pc but could not solve the problem. I tried all versions but it doesn't work. 

All my hard work has gone to waste. Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Now I'm afraid to store my files through Adobe...

We're sorry about this. Are you experiencing sync issues with these projects? Also, was any third-party app/plugin used for syncing in the original project?
