Premiere Pro 2022 — Problems with Clip Speed / Duration window

Dear Community,

Recently, I found out that my Mac takes at least several seconds each time to change clip's speed or duration (more precisely, to change percentage from 100 to X or to click "Reverse Speed") in the dialogue box, regardless of project's and clip's settings. It seriously impairs my workflow.

Any idea why?
