The program screen becomes as in the photo after a while.
I'm having trouble watching videos, I don't mind when I render.

This might be a graphics card issue, try and update the graphics card driver.

Many users are having issues with VFR. If the file is variable frame rate, use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate:
