Premiere Pro 2024 Playback Lagging after last update

I have macbook pro m3 36 Gb version. 

before last update, premiere pro playback was good, but now it's lagging too much.

 

wheni tested same project in Premiere pro Beta, there is not any noticable lag and it works very good.

 

i'm using Sony fx3 10bit files and also mavic 3 pro 10 bit files.

To troubleshoot the issue, you may want to press Shift at launch and choose to delete the media cache from the Reset Options dialog box. Let us know if that helps.
