Premiere Pro 24.1 crashing every time when syncing project file to the cloud

Premiere Pro 24.1 crashing every time when syncing project to the cloud.

Never saw this kind of problems, but there is every time first time )
So my Premiere Pro 24.1 is become completely unusable, because it's crashing during aatempt to upload my project file to creative cloud.
