Premiere Pro & Media Encoder not using GPU properly

New Here ,

Terminology matters here. What specifically do you mean by "rendering" ... which is typically rendering previews from the Timeline panel in Premiere-speak.

And are you using effects that are GPU-accelerated, such as Lumetri, Warp, or size changes?

Basic playback doesn't necessarily use the GPU much in Premiere. And on export, it's primarily used for those accelerated effects.

Thanks!  And are you using any of the "GPU Accelerated Effects" such as Warp or Lumetri, or any resizing?
