It's been quite a while now, and I'm still grappling with this persistent error while attempting to create proxies in Media Encoder and utilize them in Premiere Pro for video creation. This issue is becoming increasingly frustrating and urgent.
The following information is being presented to me, and I have no clue how to fix it:
---------------------------------------------------------
Export error
Error compiling the movie
Error in accelerated rendering
Unable to generate frame
Selector Code: 17
Error Code: -1609629695
---------------------------------------------------------
Note that I have a preset to create the proxies in low resolution. The format I've set is "Quicktime," and the video code is set as "Apple ProRes 422 Proxy."
The computer I'm using is Windows 11, so I'm not sure if something has to change in the settings due to a different OS.
I have never faced this issue while creating my proxies; however, the last gameplays I recorded presented this annoying issue, and since I can only work with proxies to edit 4K videos due to the PC's lack of capacity to run high-scale videos, I happened to be stuck.
Has someone being presented with the same issue/error? Could you please be so kind as to help me?
I've already reboot the PC, reinstalled the apps, update it accordingly and nothing! I've also included a screenshot — although the language is in Portuguese, but I hope you're able to see through it 🙂
Hello @Palma Gabriel,
Thanks for the message. It’s been a long time since you filed this bug, and I apologize for the lack of a response. Are you still having this issue? If so, the team will need more information from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
I'll move your post to the Discussions board while we await your information.
Thanks,

Kevin
