i have Intel® HD Graphics 4600 and when i disable it premiere pro cc 2017.1 work fine but i should every time enable , restart pc and disable it .

Have you reset your preferences?

Also make sure you have the latest updates for your drivers for the HD Graphics 4600.

Is it just 1 particular video that crashes Premiere? Have you tried creating a new project file?

i can create a new project file but when i put a video in a sequence and i want to run it the error pop up
no all videos crashes premiere pro
