Premiere Pro CC (2017) Won't Activate My License! (URGENT!)

Hi Everyone,

I purchased Adobe Premiere Pro last year and it has been working perfectly ever since. But about 2 Months Ago I had to get my computer fixed (Windows Corrupted or something.) and had to wait like two weeks to get it back. When I finally got my computer back I was excited to log on and edit some videos for YouTube. I logged in to Creative Cloud fine but when I tried to open Premiere Pro it says, Sign In required, so I hit Sign In and it take me to another window saying, Congratulations on purchasing Premiere Pro. So I hit Continue only for it to start the process again. I'm really frustrated and help would be greatly appreciated.
