Premiere Pro CC Sequence not loading from Project files.

Hi All

I was making a demo reel and exported and saved and was kinda happy, but decided I needed to change one shot.  So I opened Premiere and all the media is there but no sequence.

I tried locating from doing the import from the auto-save back ups and no sequences would load or even list from the dynamic server link.

The media files in my project don't have the used video icon either which is very worrying.

I tried resetting the workspace, and still nothing and there is no sequence icon in my project files.

I am using a trial version before spending the money, and found PP very easy to edit with, but now this issue has me banging my head against the wall.

Any help would be great, but I have a feeling there is nothing to recover or find.

Luckly I exported the sequence at full rez and prores 422 so only with a slight loss but would rather use the sequence, if I can recover it.
