Premiere Pro CC Vers. 13/14 no more DV (miniDV) capture support?

New Here ,

hello together,

in Premiere Pro CC version 14 or 13 (on mac) there is no more DV capture possibility?

When you go to :

File -> Capture -> Settings -> Capture Settings and hit "Edit..."

than the capture format is always "HDV" and nothing more.

In previous versions you get also "DV"

I can get older version until 13.1.5 on a macbook pro with macOS Catalina 10.15.7 but this version also no longer integrated the function.

Wich is the last version with DV capture are in premiere pro and can I get it (when I use a older macOS?)

So is there any way to import DV material with premiere CC?

thanks for helping

been capturing a whole bunch of minidv tapes from an old sony minidv camcorder and using premiere 2019 (which is 13.1.5) in high sierra without any issues.    I think apple has disabled firewire capture on the newer os's.  Nothing stopping you from using a capture device like the blackmagic intensity pro but you want have source timecode...
