Premiere Pro CS6 Error [..\..\Src\Sequence\TrackItemTrack.cpp-596]

Hi,

I've gotten this error message before and It caused me to lose a little bit of work (not much) and I didn't get it again. Recently it's started appearing more and more. I just had an instance where I opened my project after getting the error, only to get it immediately without doing any work. 

I'm not sure what the error means, why I'm getting it or what's causing it. Attached is the photo from when I most recently got the error

The media is missing (as you can see), but I was about to go in and remove them from the sequence when I got this message. 

Any help is greatly appreciated. Google searches for this error gave me results on a Header Error, but not this one.
