Premiere Pro encoding problem after update

Hi. I am having a problem with encoding. Until the final update (23.2.0 Build 69) I was able to use the same transition effect on my video files without any problem. It is like a series of 1-2 second videos which I place between my two videos. It zooms in and out by creating a cool transition effect. I encode at 3840x2160 pixels. I have tried various settings from changing the bitrate, bitrate type, software-hardware coding etc. As I mentioned, I was able to encode my videos before the update. Now, I can't even encode my previous video files; the encoding process gets stuck at the transition section.

Is anyone having the same problem? I will be adding the transition mix kit on the attachment just in case.

I use Windows 11 Pro with Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz, 32GB Ram

Thanks.

Hi Kevin. I had solved the problem by changing OpenGL to Cuda at the encoding screen. Must be something to do with it.

Thanks.
