Premiere Pro Full Screen Issues

Hey everyone!
I recently came across this issue when I got myself a laptop to edit videos on the go. Since laptop screens are very limited in terms of real estate I wanted to use as much as possible. Now I've seen that Premiere Pro has a shortcut that lets you hide the title bar at the top (Ctrl + Backslash).
Now to the FIRST problem:
My laptop has the German keyboard layout where you can only access the backslash via a hotkey itself so there is no way to hide the title bar. I tried a lot of key combinations already but I can't even find the command in the keyboard shortcuts it is supposed to trigger. Is it simply not available for the german layout or is it maybe a problem with me changing the language of Premiere Pro to English while having a German keyboard?
SECOND problem:
The previously mentioned laptop is the Asus Zenbook Pro Duo 15 which is special because of it's dual screens. My problem is that when I wanna do the obvious, which is putting the timeline on the smaller screen at the bottom, I have to manually drag the edges until it fits and even then it still has the same old ugly white title bar at the top. If you look at Asus's website, it doesn't have the bar and I highly doubt that there is no way to make a panel go full screen once you undock it from the main application.
These are all very small things but they have been very annoying over the past years and I'm getting really tired of it. Am I missing anything?

This thread addresses the hiding of the top bar issue: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/full-screen-or-hide-toolbars/td-p/10887441
Looks like that's a language thing. The bottom comment by Alenz suggests a workaround. If it worked for you, this would work to eliminate the top bar across both screens. You would then only need to drag the timeline to the desired size once, then save as a custom workspace.

I did that and it wouldn't be an issue but everytime I switch back and forth between this saved workspace the "full screen" on the bottom isn't fullscreen anymore and moved about 1 inch down for no reason so I have to reorganize it every time.
