Premiere Pro has cropped and shifted every clip

Afetr working on this project file for nearly a year, today it has decided to align every video to some random value that isnt the center (even though it shows it as center) and crop all of my footage from 16:9 to something else. I haven't touched anything in this sequence, but is has done this across all 6 I had.

Does anyone know of a fix as otherwise I have nearly 2 hours of footage to realign which will take me weeks.

Solved. It had shifted my view window
