Premiere pro has encountered a problem and needs to be closed. REFERENCE CODE 205 ERROR

I can't open premiere pro anymore and keep getting this error
I tried to uninstall, reinstall, reboot pc, shut down pc, install another version, clean media cache files, disable and enable firewall, nothing works.

Can someone has a solving option for this? I am losing too much time encountering this error.
