Full Error when adding audio file to either a library or an project: "Failed to add element to CC Library (HTTP error)
Have cleared both media cache files, and preferences. Re-installed CC Library. None of this worked. Uninstalled Premiere Pro and Media Converter (all adobe apps) using Creative Cloud Desktop application. Then uninstalled Desktop Application using uninstaller. Used Creative Cloud Cleaning tool to clean all files. Re-installed Creative Cloud application and applications - error persists. '
Note: Recently deleted adobe temp files but I am not sure of the location or content of these files. Did not think this would affect the application. Attached error message.
