When I was editing the video, it was working fine till I captioned the video, it kept crashing every time I enter the following line.
Even on the recovery working file, it still keeps crashing. I've sent the report as well but they said that they didn't find anything wrong.
- macOS Monterey, version 12.4
- 3.8 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
- 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
- Premiere Pro v22.5
Does anyone know what is wrong? I couldn't figure out why.

Hi Vanessa_a!
Sorry about the crash. Have you already tried resetting preferences and deleting cache files?
Could you check if crash reports are saved? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-discussions/faq-where-do-i-find-premiere-pro-crash-logs-...
Let us know.
Thanks,
Kartika

I tried both that you provided and it also crashed again when I open the working file after deleting the media cache and resetting.
this is what I got after I deleted the media cache.
this is what I got after resetting and opening the working file.
As for the crash reports, is this the one?
