Hello!
My premiere pro keeps crashing every time I try to create a new project. There is no error message, it just shuts down.
I tried opening older projects it works fine.
I also tried uninstalling it & reinstalling it, the problem persists
Confirming: Opening any existing project is fine, creating a new project makes PPro disappear?
Does PPro disappear before or after displaying the "add media to project" dialog? In other words; does it disappear before you click OK in the dialog?

Does any crash dialog come up asking you to submit a crash report?

Also, I wonder if it is trying to access a folder it no longer has access to. I know it shouldn't have issues like that, but it is a guess. Have you tried to launch the app and hold the shift key? It brings up options to disable or reset parts of the app. I recommend going through the list one at a time to see if one of them solves the problem.

No crash dialog appears.
I tried your tip with the shift key, it didn't resolve the issue 😕

What version of PPro are you currently using?
Go into Help > About and see exact version like 24.5.0.72
Would you please share that info here?
What OS are you running. Would you please share that info as well?
Do you recall when this issue started?
Was it possibly after an update? Either Premiere Pro (PPro) update or Windows/Mac update?
Do you have the same problem in older version of Premiere Pro?
