Premiere Pro keeps freezing

I have closed it, reopened it.  Unistalled it, installed it.  It continues to get to a point in operation and just stops.  Parts of the program works, but the rest doesn't.  

The computer is brand new.  Fast, lots of power and storage.  I can not figure out why it is doing this.  Two days earlier, it has been working fine.  Thanks.
