Premiere Pro Media Browser Bug - File Importer detected an inconsistency when Importing to Folder

There is a bug in the media browser in Premiere Pro Beta 23.6.0 Build 8 (haven't tested in non-beta) but remember experiencing this before, where when you are selected into a folder in the media browser where you are exporting a video file to (from for example Apple Photos), a file importer detected an inconsistency message pops up and the file cannot be viewed or imported into a bin. If you select off of the folder you are exporting a file to, export the file from photos to the folder, then select the folder in the media browser, it shows up without the error. It's almost like its reading it to fast before it's even fully exported into the folder. Here is a video screen share of it happening https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAu9P5p7
