Premiere pro ne repond pas à chaque importation de nouvel élément dans la timeline

Le programme premiere pro se bloque à chaque importation d'éléments sur la timeline. En effet, à chaque element glissé le logiciel ne répond pas pendant 30s en moyenne que ce soit wav, mp4 ect....  lorsque j'appuie sur play pour jouer le moment sur la timeline. Cela rend donc le processus de montage très contraignant. J'ai vidé le cache media et activé le gpu acceleration. Cela n'a pas aidé.

 

Auriez vous des pistes de solutions ?

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site. If NVIDIA, do a clean installation of the latest Studio Driver (NOT the Game Driver).

If that doesn't work, try creating a new project and import the old one into it.
