Premiere Pro not loading anymore on my device (thanksfully Ae does!)

Community Beginner ,

Ever since I updated to the latest version 25.4.1 Premiere Pro does not load on my device. Help please! Have tried uninstalling, installing previous versions of Premiere, updating by Nvidia graphics cards, running Premiere as administrator - doesn't work. Thankfully After Effects runs and Premiere Pro Beta.

This is really annoying - any suggestions?

Hi,

Sorry about the issue. Please open the reset options menu while launching Premiere Pro (https://adobe.ly/4mcYVls). Check the "Reset App Preferences" and "Disable third-party plugins" options. See if the app launches now.

If it doesn't, launch Premiere Pro with Reset Options menu again. Select the Reset app preferences option.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Ishan
