As of this morning, the project monitor does not display ANYTHING on my sequence timeline. I can still play the sequence, and the sound comes through just fine. I can even edit setting, but not see what I am doing. Been reading threads and forums all day, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Pro (I'm on 2019), and tried updating my drivers as well. Any tips? Can't finish my work and I have a deadline!
Have u got a version of CC2018 that you could check on?
If you haven't you can try one of 2 things:
1. Trash your preferences file for PP
If that doesn't sort it out uninstall using the Adobe Cleaner Tool and reinstall PP
Please let me know what happens.

What gear are you running?
What setting is set for the program monitor in the wrench icon settings ... Composite view?

Don't mind my ignorance, I'm a bit newer to the scene.
When you say gear do you mean software? I'm running Windows 10 on an MSI GT72 with a Nvidia GTX970M
Settings are on composite view.
-Another thing to note is that occasionally when I have an issue in PP I close the entire program, then I can't open PP unless I restart my whole computer. It's really a drag.

Check your Intel drivers. Update those and the graphic card drivers
