Premiere Pro takes too long on 100% and creates a file _00_

it stays on 100% forever. It creates a file with an extension  filename.mp4._00_
and stops rendering. If I press cancel the file is created normally.

This does not seem like a normal behaviour.

If I have to hit CANCEL on 100% and have premiere restarted so the file is created.

Turn off hardware encoding and try cbr.

Also if checked turn off max render and max depth.
