I want to change the position of all text clips.
Is there a way to make changes at once?
There is no way to find it.
And the top line is fixed even if the text has a different line.
Is there any way that the middle letters become centered?

In both the old Titler and the newer Essential Graphics Panel there are tools for text alignment and kerning and leading within a text block.
Is that what you're asking about?

It's hard to understand what you are asking about. I think I am reading two things.
(1) "I want to change the position of all text clips."
If you want to change position of all text layers within a Graphic, select them all in the Program Mon (PM) or in the Essential Graphics Panel (EGP) then move them directly in the PM or by using the Position controls in the EGP. If you want to change the position of text layers across many Graphics in one or more sequences, there is no straightforward way to do that. We have open requests to make that happen, but it's not an easy thing to design and implement in an intuitive way. If you really want your Graphics to match in position, size and appearance, consider making one master, Export that as MOGRT, apply it wherever you want, and then just change out the text layer strings as needed.
(2) "And the top line is fixed even if the text has a different line.

I don't understand what you mean at all. Are you wanting to have multi line text with different alignments per line. For example, a three line text where Line 1 and 3 are Flush Left and Line 2 is centered? Pr does not support different paragraph alignments in a single text layer, so the best way to do that is to make three separate text layers and align and distribute them as needed.
