Premiere Pro XML sequence import/export

Hello, 

Is there any documentation about the XML Premiere Pro generated when you export a sequence to XML?

I've been bulldozing my way through but I cannot understand what these are generated from or with

Premiere Pro to FCPX

• Pr projects can be exported for use in FCP by exporting as FCP XML
• Whatever is selected in the Project Panel will be all that is exported.
• If you want the entire project to be exported, then make sure nothing is selected in the Project Panel.
• You must use SendToX to translate the Pr XML file for use in FCPX. I purchased it from the Mac App Store.
• SendToX will ask for the destination FCPX library for the XML file.
• The SendToX (formerly known as 7toX) user guide at https://intelligentassistance.com/sendtox.html has all the details on what will and won’t be imported into FCPX.
• FCPX apparently won’t accept M2V files. Muxed MPEG2 only?
