Premiere project file won't open, progress bar freezes at 75% and then program crashes

I've been having this issues regularly with some of my older Premiere project files and it's really frustrating. It started happening after the 2023 upgraded. SMDH, this is really motivating me to stop using Adobe. It's incredibly annoying to be paying $60/month for a software that can't even open its project files.

Thanks for the note. Are you still having this problem? I hope not. If so, the team will need more info from you to reproduce the bug. Can you provide the information required here? How do I write a bug report?
