I have a video I'm trying to export from premiere and for some reason won't make it past the encoding stage without the program crashing or giving me an error. I've troubleshooted the last few days trying a bunch of different things from clearing media cache to changing export settings to completely reinstalling the program, but the same thing keeps happening reporting with a new error almost every time. I am officially lost now.
From what I've gathered so far I've had errors related to frame retrieval, bad disk allocation, memory almost full, etc. I'm thinking it has something to do with RAM since the task manager was showing up to 98% of memory usage during the export, but I haven't found any memory-clearing solutions or otherwise that fix my problem. All of my drivers and apps are updated, and I am using a windows 11 computer with an intel i9 CPU, rtx 4080 GPU, and 32GB of RAM. Any ideas?

is your premiere up to date? there's a bug in 25.4/25.4.1 that causes a memory leak during rendering. You'll have to revert back to 25.3 or below to resolve the issue

Reverted to 25.3 and exported perfectly. Guess the update was the problem. Thanks!

Since your RAM is maxing out, try switching the export setting to Software Encoding instead of Hardware, even with a strong GPU this can sometimes fix random crashes. Also, go to Preferences → Memory and give Premiere more RAM. Another trick is to export in smaller sections to see if a specific clip or effect is causing the issue.
