Não consigo baixar versões antigas do Premiere Pro no Creative Cloud, pois
o meu PC não é compatível com a última versão!!

Hey Deivison, I saw your post on the After Effects forums as well and left an answer. Sorry for any frustrations while downloading! In case you don't see it, I will share the same answer here.

You can use the Creative Cloud Desktop App to install previous versions of Adobe apps. Not all previous versions are available, but Premiere Pro '24 is still available for now. Here is a link that can show you how to install previous versions.
